Our office is located in the heart of Lafayette's Oil Center next to Renaissance Market and Geaux Run in the old Paul's Jewelry store.

Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Most insurances are accepted. We do offer same day appointments, when available.

​Contact us about our "medical vacation" treatment packages.  We are located about half of a mile from Doubletree Lafayette, La Quinta Inn, and Suites Lafayette Oil Center hotels and offer specialized packages for short term visitors.
