Jay Ashley, D.P.T.

Certified: Spinal Manipulative Therapist, Integrative Dry Needling, Titleist Performance Institute

Dr. Jay Ashley is a graduate of University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences. A lifelong love of human science led him to Southern University and A&M College, where he majored in Therapeutic Recreation as an undergraduate student. He followed his passion to USA in Saint Augustine, Florida, and finished with a focus in manual therapy.  His love and loyalty for family and Louisiana brought him home where he has practiced in acute, rehab and outpatient care for the last 10 years.

Dr. Ashley has acquired specialized learning in sports-specific training, diet and nutrition. While maintaining certifications in Spinal Manipulation, Integrative Dry Needling and a Titleist Performance Institute Medical Professional designation, he believes that his most valuable skill set is his "people first" approach. He often says that “Every touch should be a healing touch” and “No one cares what you know, until they know that you care!” These truisms have successfully guided his practice over the last decade.
